Data Types Supported for Upload
The Fidelio Opera Data Upload Module can import the following directly into 1C:Accounting:
- Cash Receipts – Records cash transactions received at the hotel’s front desk and automatically generates the necessary accounting documents.
- Credit Card Payments – Transfers information on funds received through card transactions.
- Service Transactions –
- For Corporate Guests – Data is transferred by company name, enabling the generation of Certificates of Completion and Invoices.
- For Individual Guests – Data can be transferred by each guest’s surname or under the aggregated category “Individual Guests.”
- For Corporate Guests – Data is transferred by company name, enabling the generation of Certificates of Completion and Invoices.
During the data upload, the module populates standard 1C:Accounting documents automatically. Posting schemes for these documents are determined by the accountant during system configuration.
